At Promise Blankets, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy for our blankets and accessories.
Returns & Refunds
Physical Products (Blankets & Throws)
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it for free or issue a full refund.
- If you simply change your mind, you can still return the item, but return shipping costs may apply.
- Customers are responsible for returning the item in order to receive a refund.
- Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item.
Exchanges (Size & Product Variations)
- If you ordered the wrong size or want a different product variation, we’re happy to exchange it.
- The original item must be returned in new condition, and customers may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Order Cancellations
Because each canvas is made to order, cancellations depend on the status of your order.
- If your item has not yet been printed or shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
- If your order is already in production or has shipped, we are unable to cancel.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.
- For damaged items, please include photos as proof.
- We’ll guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.
- Once we receive the order, we'll issue a refund. It should take 3 to 7 business days to appear on your statement.
